The mansion was built in 1967 and spans roughly 26,000 square feet on about two acres of land. Its most iconic feature is a towering 44–45 foot replica of the Eiffel Tower rising through the center of the house.
The property also included an Arc de Triomphe-inspired entrance, ballroom-sized entertainment rooms, a cabaret lounge, disco basement, lagoon, tennis court, guest house, and multiple swimming pools.
