Tour of Phyllis McGuires Las Vegas Mansion
Phyllis McGuire owned one of the most legendary and extravagant private estates in Las Vegas history — a lavish mansion located at 100 Rancho Circle in the exclusive Rancho Circle neighborhood. The estate became famous for its dramatic Paris-inspired design, celebrity parties, and ties to classic Las Vegas glamour and organized crime lore.
The mansion was built in 1967 and spans roughly 26,000 square feet on about two acres of land. Its most iconic feature is a towering 44–45 foot replica of the Eiffel Tower rising through the center of the house.
McGuire, the lead singer of The McGuire Sisters, lived a glamorous Las Vegas lifestyle and hosted lavish gatherings attended by celebrities, entertainers, casino executives, and social elites throughout the 1960s and beyond. The home became known as one of the city’s most famous party mansions.
The mansion remains one of the most recognizable vintage celebrity homes in Las Vegas and is often described as a symbol of old Vegas extravagance — blending entertainment, luxury, secrecy, and theatrical design into a single iconic property.
